HR Initiatives LLC was founded in 2004 to provide expert human resource assistance to small businesses without onsite HR support and to mid-sized and large businesses whose HR folks needed extra help.

All of our consultants have worked in human resources for a minimum of 10 years prior to working with our clients. All have degress from higher education. All are highly experienced.
